Mentor’s Choice, Incorporation is an established nonprofit organization based in Jackson Mississippi, dedicated to empowering underprivileged communities through comprehensive development initiatives. Founded by Foster Ellis, Jr. and Cynthia Davis, the organization operates with a mission to foster substantial, positive change across multiple key areas: community development, outreach, mentorship, and workforce development.

From the onset, Mentor’s Choice has positioned itself as a catalyst for transformation. The organization is designed to intervene effectively at various stages of individual and community growth. It offers diverse programs such as housing support, wraparound services, after-school tutoring, summer youth programs, mentorship opportunities, and vocational training tailored to meet the specific needs of the communities it serves, including specialized programs for the elderly and veterans.
